Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our aim is to provide transparent, hassle-free service. This policy explains when cancellations and refunds apply.
Booking Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled slot.
- Late cancellations or customer no-shows may incur a visit charge.
Advance Payments & Refunds
- If an advance is taken for parts, and the part is unavailable or order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds for installed parts are not possible unless covered by supplier warranty.
Service Quality Issues
If you face any service issue within the workmanship warranty period (if provided in your invoice), we will re-visit to resolve the issue or offer a fair resolution.
